Situated in an oasis of peace and tranquility, your post and beam cottage is just steps away from the ferry and beautiful Hopkins Beach. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the ocean, soak up the sun on the sandy beach or stroll down Hopkins wharf and enjoy the spect-acular North Shore mountains.

A short 5 minute drive will take you to lovely Gibsons Landing where you can enjoy restaurants, shops, pubs, kayaking, art galleries etc. No car? No problem. The bus stop is just around the corner. Taxi service is available as well.

Your 800 sq. foot cottage is comfy and loaded with character – lots of windows, skylights, gas fireplace, full kitchen, cable TV, wireless internet, outdoor patio surrounded by tall trees and an ocean view.

Doggies are welcome. Lots of places to walk and run.

Rates

$125.00 per night (3 night minimum)
$825.00 weekly
$15.00 extra person/dog
(max. 3 person occupancy)

Winter rates 600.00 weekly. Ask about reduced monthly rates.

Payment Terms/Methods:

A 50% deposit is required to reserve booking.

Cancellation Policy:

If reservation cancelled 3 days prior to arrival date - then one night stay will be charged (125.00). If less than 3 days notice is given, then 50% of total will be charged - unless you re-book for another date or I manage to fill those dates.

Damage Deposit

100.00 refundable damage deposit.
