Located 5 minutes from Madeira Park with all its conveniences, including a boat ramp.

Rates and Conditions:

High Season - Mid-June to Mid-September

  • $1,200/week (minimum of 1 week)

Low Season - Mid-September to Mid-June

  • $175/night (minimum of 2 nights)

Payment Terms/Methods:

  • Cheque, cash, money order or bank drafts
  • Check in: 4:00 p.m. Check out: 12:00 noon
  • 50% deposit required at time of booking.
  • Damage Deposit of $200 due upon arrival (returned on departure after inspection

Cancellation Policy:

In high season, a full refund is available 4 weeks prior to your reservation date. In low season, a full refund is available 2 weeks prior to your reservation date.

Special Notes:

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when outside near the stairway and dock
  • One pet permitted by prior arrangement.
  • Wheelchair accessible.
