Rates and Conditions:
Weekly rate (6 night minimum):
Three (3) bedrooms:
$525/night for minimum 6 nights ($3150 for 6 nights), unless your stay extends over a long weekend. The premium for a stay over a long weekend is $500.
Two (2) bedrooms:
$350/night for minimum 6 nights ($2100 for 6 nights), unless your stay extends over a long weekend. The premium for a stay over a long weekend is $300.
Mid-Week rate Monday through Thursday (4 night minimum):
Three (3) bedrooms:
$495/night for minimum 4 nights ($1980 for 4 nights)
Two (2) bedrooms:
$300/night for minimum 4 nights ($1200 for 4 nights)
Cancellation Policy:
In high season, a full refund is available 4 weeks prior to your reservation date. In low season, a full refund is available 2 weeks prior to your reservation date.
