The Main Lodge Suites

Accommodations for up to 8 with its 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, main lounge, premiere kitchen, private dining room and breathtaking views of Oyster Bay and the surrounding mountains. Relax outside on the large main deck, covered patio or around the fire pit.

The Main Lodge's 3 bedrooms include:
The Coral Reef Room – 400 square feet. This room features a king-size bed, deck, gas fireplace, en-suite bath with shower, jet-tub, LCD TV and DVD player, extra large closet, and cordless phone.
The Emerald Room – 300 square feet. This room features a deck, queen-size bed, en-suite bath with bathtub, shower, and heated floor, French doors, iPod® station, and large closet.
The Big Rock Room – 250 square feet. Featuring 2 twin beds, separate bathroom, French doors, cordless phone, private entrance, and direct access to the spa room.

The Shanelle Suite

The ultimate in Sunshine Coast resort vacations. The 900 square-foot Shanelle Suite is a romantic luxurious two-bedroom suite with the most spectacular panoramic mountain and ocean views at the resort. In the same building as the Main Lodge suite, the Shanelle suite offers a private entrance, a deck with direct access to the garden and hot tub.

Mt. Daniel Waterfront Resort booking terms and conditions

We want your stay at our resort on the Sunshine Coast to be pleasant and enjoyable. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you book.
Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of the following terms:
  • We ask that you book your accommodations at least 1 week in advance for a 1 week stay or longer.
  • There is a minimum stay of 2 nights during the high season, holidays and weekends for the Main Lodge Suite, the Shanelle Suite and the Cottage/Madeline Suite.
  • Check in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and check out time is before 11:00 a.m.
  • A credit card deposit of 50% of the total cost of the rental is required at time of reservation. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the balance upon your arrival, with the balance due when you check out.
  • All published rates do not include the Canada Goods and Services Tax (GST) or the Hotel Room Tax.
  • We charge a one-time $50 Dog Welcome Package fee per dog, up to 2 dogs.
  • All rates are based on single or double occupancy per bedroom. Each extra person, except children, in your accommodation is at an additional charge of $25 per night.
  • All rates include a Gourmet Organic Continental Breakfast for two, provided for each morning.

Cancellation Policy

Please note the following conditions for canceling your booking.
  • If you cancel more than 14 days in advance of your stay, we will refund your deposit in full.
  • If you cancel within 7 to 14 days of your stay, we will refund your deposit in full, but we charge a $100 booking fee.
  • Clients who cancel with less than 7 days' notice and no-shows will not be refunded the 50% deposit.

Special Notes

Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of the residences or common buildings at Mt. Daniel Waterfront Resort. Young children are welcome at the resort but should be supervised at all times when playing outside as there is no fence bordering the ocean.
