This sunny, fun packed ocean front vacation home has two separate floors, both totally private, well equipped and self contained. They are decorated in Mexican colors and design with comfortable furniture surrounding spectacular views and both come with everything you will need to have a perfect vacation. They can be rented separately or together and can accommodate up to seven people. $20 a day for extra person over seven people.

The Jr. suite is a one room fully self contained suite/private bathroom with the deluxe king size bed overlooking the entire suite.

High season:
June 1st/October 15th - $149 per night or $995 weekly
Week-ends and holidays - $169 nightly

Low season:
October 15th/May 31 - $130 nightly or $895 weekly until June 1st.
Week-ends and holidays- $149 nightly

Payment Terms/Methods:

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making reservation. Total balance including damage deposit of $300.00 is due upon arrival. Damage deposit can be held by visa or master card. bank cheque, cash or wire transfer for balance

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to date of arrival, full refund less $100.00 administration fee. If cancellation within 30 days of arrival then 50% of total amount refunded.
