This sunny, fun packed ocean front vacation home has two separate floors, both totally private, well equipped and self contained. They are decorated in Mexican colors and design with comfortable furniture surrounding spectacular views and both come with everything you will need to have a perfect vacation. The Junior suite with hot tub is perfect for a romatic getaway and can be rented separately or together with the Priemere suite for friends and family get away and can accommodate up to seven people. $25 a day for extra person over seven people.There is also a sleeping cabin near the beach if you need more beds.

The Jr. suite is a one room fully self contained suite/private bathroom with the deluxe king size bed overlooking the entire suite.

High season:
June 22nd - September 15th - $149 per night or $1095 weekly
Week-ends and holidays - $169 nightly

Low season:
October 15th - June 22nd - $130 nightly or $795 weekly until June 1st.
Week-ends and holidays- $149 nightly

Payment Terms/Methods:

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making reservation. Total balance including damage deposit of $300.00 is due upon arrival. Damage deposit can be held by visa or master card. Bank cheque, cash or wire transfer for balance.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 45 days or more prior to date of arrival, full refund less 20 percent administration fee. If cancellation after 45 days of arrival then 50% of total amount refunded only if rerented, 30 percent due 45 days prior and balance upon arrival.
